Here we aim to post images, articles and resources which show the true beauty of Judaism. This is the sole purpose of our blog. We won't discuss any politics. Our mods are from all across the political spectrum but have one major thing in common: "We're all Jewish and love our people".
If you have a question, feel free to pop us a question.
We hope you enjoy your blog!
Please note that due to the sanctity of Shabbat and Yomim Tovim our mods will not post whenever it is Shabbat or Yom Tov in their timezone.
We are Jews from all over the world and from all kinds of backgrounds. We have FFBs, Baalei Teshuva, Converts, Future Converts, Chassidish, Litvish, Modern-Orthodox and even less observant Jews who post on this blog.
None of us are halachic authorities. If you need halachic information, your local Orthodox Rabbi should be contacted.
We, at Yehudim, hold dearly on to the Jewish principle of Achdus (unity). Jewish history has shown us that most of our problems came because of a lack of achdus. On this blog we'll try to create at least a little bit of this unity and to spread it in the world.
Many of our moderators have a different hashkafa, but we don't let it stand in our way to live together as we were supposed to be. To live like the big family we are. Achdus doesn't mean everyone of us has to agree with each other, or to think exactly the same. Nor does it mean that we all have to look the same. It means that even though we look, think, act, behave and believe differently, we still feel and behave as if we're all one big family.
This is what we stand for. This is what we believe in. Are you with us?
